- The entrance to the storage units is located in the underground carpark of the Chimlimärt shopping centre
- Please note the maximum access height of 3.6 m or 2.75 m, according to the information sheet below.
- The storage area is accessible through a sliding door with an electronic lock. You can find more details on the extensive information sheet.
- Please close all doors and gates behind you!
- Motion sensors turn on the lights automatically in the corridors. The lights will turn off again automatically after a certain period (there are no light switches).
- Running water and toilets are available.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of w. wiedmer ag!
- Please note that the area is to be left tidy and all equipment must be returned to its designated location.
- Please take any waste with you and dispose of it privately.
Location
Our storage facilities are in a central location, opposite Schwerzenbach railway station in the basement of the "Chimlimärt" shopping centre. With S-Bahn and bus connections every minute as well as the two highway junctions Hegnau and Volketswil (Oberlandautobahn) nearby, this location in the Upper Glattal is very well accessible.
Premises
Small but nice - at this location we rent 24 self-storage storage units. Access to the storage boxes is in the underground car park of the "Chimlimärt" shopping centre. The complex includes the regional "Chimlimärt Shopping Centre", a medical centre, a service wing as well as attractive apartments.
Town
The municipality of Schwerzenbach in the district of Uster is located at the lower end of Lake Greifensee. The attractive local recreation area, the proximity to a modern infrastructure with above-average shopping opportunities, qualified schools and jobs, the almost perfect access with the Oberlandautobahn and public transport almost every minute make the municipality just as interesting for the inhabitants as for the local or higher-level industry.
